本文主要介绍了英、美两国关于气垫船围裙材料的研究及其应用概况。涉及了从织物增强材料所用纤维种类、织物编织结构的选择以及橡胶材料的选择,到粘合技术和粘合剂的选择等诸方面问题。列表示出了英、美两国目前使用的围裙材料及其主要性能。对围裙材料的实艇运行结果进行了破损分析,介绍了几种实验室模拟试验方法。运用已有结果,可以初步预示围裙材料的使用寿命。
This article mainly introduces the research and application of hovercraft apron materials between Britain and the United States. It involves such issues as the type of fibers used in the fabric reinforcement, the choice of fabric weave structure, the choice of rubber material, the choice of bonding technique, and the choice of adhesive. The list shows the apron material currently used in Britain and the United States and its main properties. The actual ship operation result of the apron material was analyzed for damage, and several laboratory simulation test methods were introduced. The use of existing results can be a preliminary indication of apron material life.
