本文通过对三元相图及扩散通道的分析,来探讨在进行表面处理时及用扩散法制备复合材料的过程中,中间层各相的形成过程及演化过程.拟讨论的问题是:已知基体金属及表层合金材料的成分,在给定温度下互相扩散,中间会生成什么相;这些相如何随热处理时间而消长;为获得某些具有特殊性能的相,或为避免某些有害相的出现,应如何选择扩散元材料及有关工艺参数等.
In this paper, through the analysis of ternary phase diagram and diffusion channel, the formation process and evolution process of each phase in the middle layer during surface preparation and diffusion process are discussed.The problems to be discussed are as follows: The composition of the base metal and the surface layer of alloy material, which diffuses at a given temperature, and what phase is formed in the middle; how these phases dissipate with heat treatment time; in order to obtain certain phases with special properties or to avoid certain harmful phases Emergence, how to choose the diffusion element materials and related process parameters.
