甲基汞化合物具有慢性毒理学性质,是环境监测工作的重要分析对象之一。天然水中甲基汞含量极低,估计在10~(-4)ppb左右,如不预先浓缩,通常无法测定。本文研究了用巯基纱布代替巯基棉,采用简单的旋转富集的方法将水中痕量甲基汞富集到纱布上,可使用便携式采样装置就地富集取样,克服了水样的保存和运输带来的困难。建立的二次浓缩法实现了小体积溶剂萃取,从而提高了气相色谱分析的灵敏度。
Methylmercury compounds have chronic toxicological properties and are one of the important analytical targets for environmental monitoring. The content of methylmercury in natural water is extremely low, estimated at about 10 ~ (-4) ppb, which can not usually be determined if it is not concentrated in advance.
