目的 :建立测定黄疸茵陈颗粒中 3种蒽醌成分大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚含量的方法。方法 :采用HPLC法 ,使用C1 8柱 ,流动相为甲醇 - 1 %高氯酸 (80∶2 0 ) ,检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 :此方法能使样品中的 3种蒽醌类成分得到良好分离且线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 :大黄酸 97.43 % ,RSD =1 .90 % ;大黄素 98.45 % ,RSD =1 .62 % ,大黄酚 98.87% ,RSD =1 .50 %。结论 :本法简便、快速 ,结果令人满意 ,可用于作为黄疸茵陈颗粒质量控制方法之一。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of the contents of emodin, rhein and chrysophanol in three kinds of indica in Huangqin Yinchen granules. Method : HPLC method was used on C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol - 1 % perchloric acid (80∶20). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: This method can make the three kinds of terpenoids in the sample well separated and the linear relationship is good. The average recovery rate is: 97.43% of rhein, RSD =1.90 %, 98.45% of emodin, RSD=1 .62%, 98.87% of chrysophanol, RSD = 1.50 %. Conclusion : This method is simple, rapid, and satisfactory. It can be used as one of the quality control methods for Astragalus capillaris.
