随着市场经济体制的不断的改革,建筑行业也有了快速的发展。对任何一个建筑企业而言,想在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出,就必须要加强工程项目的管理以及工程质量的控制。当前建筑工程项目的实际发展过程中由于一些客观因素的存在,导致项目经济效益受到了严重的影响。建筑行业想要改变这种现状,就需要制定出切实、有效的建筑工程本项目管理措施,只有创新建筑工程项目管理工作,才能真正实现建筑项目建设的可持续发展。文章根据建筑工程项目管理工作的现状进行了分析,并提出了一些关于建筑工程项目管理的创新策略。
