研究了黄铁矿和毒砂浮选时添加黄药和二硫代氨基甲酸酯对矿物表面疏水性的影响。短链二硫代氨基甲酸酯影响毒砂表面化合物的组成 ,从而使它的疏水性降低 ,并提高石灰的抑制效果。在该条件下 ,黄铁矿表面上的双黄药复盖层未受到破坏 ,其疏水性未降低 ,因此仍保持高的浮选回收率。在黄铁矿和毒砂浮选分离回路中采用二硫代氨基甲酸酯是合理的 ,这可以提高毒砂常规抑制剂的作用效果 ,获得稳定的分离指标。添加二硫代氨基甲酸酯的类似机理也可能用于黄铁矿 -磁黄铁矿及镍黄铁矿 -磁黄铁矿产品分离过程中。
The effects of adding xanthate and dithiocarbamates on the surface hydrophobicity of minerals during flotation of pyrite and arsenopyrite were studied. Short-chain dithiocarbamates affect the composition of arsenopyrite surface compounds, thereby reducing their hydrophobicity and increasing the inhibitory effect of lime. Under these conditions, the double xanthate coating on the pyrite surface was not damaged, its hydrophobicity was not reduced, so the flotation recovery remained high. It is reasonable to use dithiocarbamates in pyrite and arsenopyrite flotation separation circuits, which can increase the effect of conventional inhibitors of arsenopyrite and obtain stable separation indexes. A similar mechanism for adding dithiocarbamates may also be used in the separation of pyrite-pyrrhotite and pentlandite-pyrrhotite products.
