29例麻风病(瘤型20例,结核样型6例,界线类3例)的病损皮肤和其中8例患者非病损皮肤内神经末梢的改变,与两例正常皮肤对照。对用Bielshowsky—Gross神经轴突银浸法的标本,连续切片,断续取片观察。并将皮肤和附件的神经分别计算。观察结果显示,病损皮肤内神经数量的变化,以结核样型减少为甚,其次为界线类,再次为瘤型;质的变化大致与数量变化相一致。8例患者非病损皮肤的神经,其数量比正常皮肤少,比病损皮肤多,并发现其数量减少及形态改变主要在乳头层及真皮浅层,并认为这种改变是值得进一步探讨的。
Twenty-nine cases of leprosy (20 cases with tumor type, 6 cases with tuberculous pattern, and 3 cases with boundary line) and changes in nerve endings of non-lesional skin in 8 cases were compared with two cases of normal skin. For the silver immersion specimens of Bielshowsky-Gross nerve axons, serial sections were taken and observed intermittently. The nerves of the skin and attachments were calculated separately. Observations showed that the change in the number of nerves in the lesioned skin was significantly reduced by the tuberculosis pattern, followed by the boundary line type and again by the tumor type; the qualitative change was roughly consistent with the quantitative change. Eight patients had non-lesional skin with fewer nerves than normal skin and more lesions than skin. It was found that the number of lesions and morphological changes were mainly in the papillary and dermis, and that this change was worth further investigation. .
