激励机制是通过一套理性化的制度来反映激励主体与激励客体相互作用的方式。企业高管的激励问题,又是现阶段企业改革所面临的重点和难点.为了提高企业的竞争力,调动企业高层员工的积极性,必须进一步完善企业高层员工激励机制。本文首先论述了企业高层员工激励机制的相关概念,分析激励机制的现状,对于这种机制所存在的问题进行了分析和探讨,发现企业高层员工的激励机制还存在着诸多问题,提出了解决这些问题的对策和建议。旨在为企业完善高层员工激励机制提供意见,帮助其完善激励机制,充分调动企业员工的积极性。
Incentive mechanism is a set of rational system to reflect the motivation of the incentive and object interaction.
