熟肉制品营养丰富,味道鲜美,食用方便,深受消费者的喜爱,由于所含物质营养丰富,生产加工条件参差不齐,易造成多种有害物污染。为了解仙桃市熟肉制品卫生质量,加强卫生监督管理,仙桃市卫生监督局每年都对该市熟肉制品进行抽样,送市疾病预防控制中心进行检测。按不同年份、不同来源、不同品种和不同季节对检测报告进行分层随机抽样后进行分析。1材料与方法
Cooked meat products rich in nutrition, delicious, easy to eat, loved by consumers, due to nutrient-rich substances contained, the production and processing conditions are uneven, easily lead to a variety of harmful pollution. In order to understand the hygiene quality of cooked meat products in Xiantao and to strengthen the supervision and administration of hygiene, Xiantao Sanitary Supervision Bureau samples the cooked meat products in the city every year and sends them to the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention for testing. According to different years, different sources, different varieties and different seasons, the test reports were stratified and randomly sampled for analysis. 1 materials and methods
