随着近年来中国经济社会的快速发展,人才需求增加的同时,要求也相应提高。人们必须不断提高自身的能力来适应社会的发展,继续教育无疑就成了当今提升自身能力的重要途径和方式。针对建筑行业,基于行业本身的职业特殊性,决定了在职人员需要具有终身学习的能力,但并不是所有在职人员都会参加继续教育或者是通过继续教育的途径来改变现状。在选择是否进行继续教育时,有着诸多因素,本文对在职人员,尤其是建筑行业在职人员接受继续教育的决策因素相关问题进行分析与探讨。
With the rapid economic and social development in China in recent years, while the demand for qualified personnel has increased, so has the demand. People must continually improve their own ability to adapt to the development of society. Continuing education has undoubtedly become an important way and means to enhance their own abilities today. For the construction industry, based on the occupational specificities of the industry itself, it is determined that the incumbent needs the ability to have lifelong learning. However, not all incumbents will participate in continuing education or change the status quo through continuing education. In choosing whether to continue education, there are many factors. This article analyzes and discusses the issues related to the decision-making factors of continuing education for serving staff, especially those in the construction industry.
