复方甲硝唑片是由甲硝唑和维生素B6 组成的复方制剂。现行标准采用提取后用非水滴定法测定甲硝唑的含量 ,对提取后的残渣经过处理后用分光光度法测定维生素B6 的含量。本文采用双波长分光光度法结合吸收度减法同时测定复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑和维生素B6 的含量 ,取得较好的结果。
Compound metronidazole tablets is composed of metronidazole and vitamin B6 compound preparation. The current standard adopts the non-aqueous titration method to determine the content of metronidazole after extraction, and the content of vitamin B6 is determined spectrophotometrically after the residue is extracted. In this paper, dual-wavelength spectrophotometry combined with absorption subtraction Simultaneous determination of metronidazole and metronidazole tablets vitamin B6 content, and achieved good results.
