名师是教育系统中的精英、学校的顶梁柱,能够承担重任、支撑起优质教育的大厦。名师培养与农村教师队伍素质的提升息息相关。然而由于骨干教师的大量流失,导致农村名师极度缺乏,所以在农村名师培养的过程中要稳定农村骨干教师队伍、减轻教师工作压力、建立人文评价机制、唤醒农村教师自主发展意识。
Teachers are the elites in the education system and the backbone of the school. They can undertake the important task of supporting the building with quality education. Teacher training is closely related to the improvement of the quality of rural teachers. However, due to the massive loss of key teachers, rural teachers are in great shortage. Therefore, it is necessary to stabilize the backbone teachers in rural areas, reduce the pressure of teachers’ work, establish a human evaluation mechanism and awaken the self-development awareness of rural teachers in the process of rural teacher training.
