进一步开发、开放北部湾经济区是我国社会经济发展的重要战略。开发北部湾,增强文化软实力必然要成为一个重要的内容。如何加强城市文化建设,使综合竞争力得到进一步提升,是事关北部湾各城市社会经济持续健康发展的重要问题。本文从钦州市的城市文化建设现状出发,粗略分析提升北部湾城市文化竞争力的可能性,并在认清存在问题的基础上探讨文化发展路径。
To further develop and open the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is an important strategy for the social and economic development of our country. To develop the Beibu Gulf and to enhance its cultural soft power must become an important element. How to strengthen urban cultural construction so as to further enhance its overall competitiveness is an important issue concerning the sustained and healthy social and economic development of all cities in the Beibu Gulf. Based on the present situation of urban culture construction in Qinzhou, this article roughly analyzes the possibility of enhancing the cultural competitiveness of Beibu Gulf and explores the path of cultural development on the basis of recognizing the existing problems.
