随着社会经济的快速发展,传统的事业单位培训机制已经不能适应现在事业单位发展的需求。职工教育培训是科学知识转化为现实生产力的重要手段,事业单位通过对职工进行在职培训可以直接提高职工的技术能力,调整和改进职工的思想观念以及工作态度,从而为事业单位带来直接经济效益,提升事业单位在市场经济中的竞争力。职工即教育培训作为人力资源管理的一个重要环节,在推动人力资源的知识结构更新、技术进步及人力资源的自身发展方面发挥了极为重要的作用。笔者对职工培训工作中存在的问题及其对策进行了研究,期望创建一套完整的以人为本的、有效的、新型的培训制度,实现单位与职工的双赢。
