本文叙述了无油润滑活塞杆密封器结构设计,密封元件比压,泄漏值计算,对密封元件的磨损因数K的影响因素,如摩擦表面的温度、湿度、硬度,光洁度,密封元件的材料——聚四氟乙烯的填充剂成份等进行初步分析。研制了新型结构密封器,在负荷运转中测试了活塞杆表面温度变化曲线,密封元件背压分布曲线,测量了泄漏值。通过近一年的工业性运转考核,密封器的密封效果较好,运转稳定可靠。
This paper describes the structure design of oil-free piston rod sealer, the calculation of the specific pressure and leakage of sealing elements, the factors affecting the wear factor K of the sealing elements, such as the temperature, humidity, hardness, finish of the friction surface, - Teflon filler components for initial analysis. A new type of structure sealer was developed. During the load operation, the curve of piston rod surface temperature and the back pressure distribution curve of sealing element were measured, and the leakage value was measured. After nearly a year of industrial operation assessment, seal the sealing effect is better, stable and reliable operation.
