目的:观察红外线照射联合复方七叶皂苷凝胶防治甘露醇致静脉炎的疗效。方法:将116例需输注甘露醇的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各58例,实验组给予红外线照射联合复方七叶皂苷凝胶外涂,对照组给予50%硫酸镁湿敷,分别观察两组患者静脉炎发生率和输注过程中的局部疼痛程度。结果:红外线照射联合复方七叶皂苷凝胶防治甘露醇致静脉炎的静脉炎发生率、输注过程中的局部疼痛程度明显低于用50%硫酸镁湿敷,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红外线照射联合复方七叶皂苷凝胶防治甘露醇致静脉炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of infrared radiation combined with aesculin gel in preventing and treating mannitol induced phlebitis. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients with mannitol infusion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 58 cases each. The experimental group was given infrared radiation combined with compound aescinate gel, the control group was given 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress, The incidence of phlebitis and the degree of local pain during infusion were observed in two groups. Results: The incidence of phlebitis induced by mannitol in combination with compound aescinate gel by infrared irradiation was significantly lower than that of 50% magnesium sulphate during infusion. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Infrared radiation combined with aescinate gel in the prevention and treatment of mannitol phlebitis significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
