各地级以上市劳动保障局(劳动局、社保局)：为了讲一步加强劳动保障执法检查,鼓励和指导用人单位自觉遵守劳动保障法律法规,突出监控重点,提高监察效率。根据有关法律法规,我厅研究制定了《广东省用人单位劳动保障守法情况分类监控管理办法》,现将该办法印发给你们。该《办法》作为一项内部管理工作的指导性文件,请各市在此基础上,认真研究,结合本地区实际情况,制定具体的分类参数、标准和组织实施措施,并报我厅备案。在实施中遇到的问题,请直接与我厅劳动监察处联系。二00六年八月二十一日
