目的探讨在下体负压试验中,实时、快速、直观地评价被试者的生理机能状态和可能发展趋势的方法。方法采用星形图技术,将多个生理指标在下体负压作用时的变化趋势在同一平面坐标上以特殊的几何图形表示出来,根据星形图的特点和其稳定性判断出被试者的生理功能状态是否稳定。结果形成了个体的应激反应模式,使用指标星形图较准确地对机体的功能状态进行了评价。结论根据星形图图形变化的特点可以对被试者生理功能状态可能发展的方向起到提示的作用。
Objective To explore the method of real-time, rapid and visual evaluation of the physiological status and possible development of the subjects in the negative pressure test of lower body. Methods By using the star graph technique, the changing trend of multiple physiological indexes in the lower body under negative pressure was expressed in a special geometric figure on the same plane coordinate. According to the characteristics and stability of the star chart, the subjects’ Physiological status is stable. The results formed an individual stress response model, the use of indicators of the star chart more accurately on the body’s functional status were evaluated. Conclusion According to the characteristics of the changes of the star graph, the physiological functions of the subjects may be prompted to play a role in the direction of development.
