The Ministry of Science and Technology held a meeting of directors of the Minzhong Mentalization Laboratory from November 15 to 19, 1987. Comrades Liu Duopu and Zeng Fanchang presided over the meeting and over 70 representatives from 50 units attended the meeting. At the opening ceremony, Comrade Liu Dupuo made a speech on behalf of Deputy Director Xue Yanlu of the Science and Technology Bureau;
