目的:优选四黄止痛喷雾剂中大黄与黄芩的提取工艺。方法:以大黄素、黄芩苷的转移率为指标,采用均匀设计法考察乙醇浓度、溶剂倍数、提取时间、提取次数对大黄与黄芩提取效率的影响,通过偏最小二乘回归分析法优选提取工艺。结果:优选工艺条件为:乙醇浓度67%,溶剂倍数4倍,提取次数3次,每次提取时间105 min,在此条件下,大黄素、黄芩苷的平均转移率分别为97.90%、98.27%。结论:优选的工艺条件准确、可靠,重现性好,可用于四黄止痛喷雾剂中大黄与黄芩的提取。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Rhubarb and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in four yellow painkiller sprays. Methods: The emodin and baicalin transfer rates were used as indexes to study the effects of ethanol concentration, solvent times, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction efficiency of rhubarb and baicalin by uniform design method. Partial least squares regression analysis was used to optimize the extraction process . Results: The optimum conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration 67%, solvent multiplier 4 times, extraction times 3 times, extraction time 105 min. Under this condition, the average transfer rates of emodin and baicalin were 97.90% and 98.27% . Conclusion: The optimized process conditions are accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the extraction of Rhubarb and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in the four yellow painkiller sprays.
