在熟悉煤泥水处理工艺的基础上,选择合适的检测、被控变量和操纵变量,确定系统的总体结构,详细分析与设计了絮凝剂、凝聚剂合理添加量及浓缩机底流浓度控制的方案,设计了一套基于PLC和IFIX的煤泥水处理过程控制系统,并对系统的硬件进行选型和设计,编写了PLC的控制程序,设计并制作整个系统的上位机组态界面,实现了煤泥水处理过程的实时监控和自动控制。
On the basis of being familiar with the slime water treatment process, the appropriate detection, controlled variables and manipulated variables were selected to determine the overall structure of the system.
