调查江苏省普通高校高水平运动队的管理条例以及管理方法,运用管理学的基本原理分析其可行性和科学性,从而为普通高校试办高水平运动队提供借鉴。研究结果显示,江苏省大部分高校高水平运动队管理条例不健全,科学性与可行性亟待提高。
This paper investigates the management regulations and management methods of the top-level sports teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province and analyzes their feasibility and scientificity by using the basic principles of management science so as to provide reference for the trial of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities. The results show that most universities in Jiangsu Province, the management of high-level sports teams regulations are not perfect, scientific and feasible need to be improved.
