介绍了硅烷偶联剂表面改性沥青阻燃剂的原理和方法,确定了其最佳用量;通过红外光谱、热重分析等手段,对表面改性前后沥青阻燃剂的结构与性能进行了表征;研究了表面改性前后沥青阻燃剂的分散效果;对比分析了表面改性对沥青阻燃剂亲油性和亲水性的影响。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂与沥青阻燃剂发生了明显的物理化学作用,降低了沥青阻燃剂的表面极性,其最佳用量为沥青阻燃剂的0.95%;表面改性增强了沥青阻燃剂的热稳定性、分散性和亲油性,从而改善了沥青阻燃剂与沥青的相容性。
The principle and method of silane coupling agent surface modified bitumen flame retardant were introduced and the optimum dosage was determined. The structure and properties of bitumen flame retardant before and after surface modification were studied by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis The effects of surface modification on the lipophilicity and hydrophilicity of asphalt flame retardants were compared and analyzed. The results show that the silane coupling agent and bitumen flame retardant have obvious physical and chemical effects, reducing the surface polarity of bitumen flame retardant, the best dosage is 0.95% of bitumen flame retardant; surface modification increases bitumen Flame retardant thermal stability, dispersibility and lipophilicity, thereby improving the compatibility of asphalt flame retardants and asphalt.
