目前合理用药越来越受到各医疗机构的重视,但无论是综合性医院还是基层医院要达到100%的合理用药,并非易事。笔者仅以本院2013年12月份的5 380张处方进行审核分析,以期对本院临床合理用药有所帮助。本院面对的患者主要为学生和教师,总体来说,病种较为单一,多以呼吸道感染为主,年龄大的教师多以慢病为主(比如高血压、糖尿病),购进的药品遵循以安全、有效、经济为原则。2013年购进药品305种,其中中成药156种、西药149种
