中国电子学会电子机械工程分会自1981年成立以来,一贯重视开展学术交流活动,30多年来共主持了38次国内学术会议及7次国际会议,为提高我国电子机械学术水平及国民经济发展做出了积极贡献。一、瞄准电子机械科学技术前沿,举办双边国际会议自1986年开始,分会领导就如何提高我国电子机械学术的整体水平召开了多次会议,共同研究办法和措施,委员们提出在组织好国内学术交流的同时,要把目光瞄准国际,通过国际交流,了解国际动态和水平。考虑到当时出国交流有一定难度,于是提出了“先请进来
