采用昆明小鼠90只,制成脑损伤模型,其中45只口服补阳还五汤(10ml·kg~(-1),每日二次),另45只常规饲养作对照.两组分别于术后3天,1、2、3、4周取损伤部位脑组织,做γ-谷氨酰转移酶测定和病理学检查.结果:术后3周中药组该酶活性为31.2士6.9U,对照组为14.4士1.3U,两组间有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);中药组术后炎性反应较轻.术后2周有大量增生的星形胶质细胞,术后3周即有典型的胶质瘢痕形成,分别比对照组提前1周.提示:补阳还五汤能提高伤后脑组织γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性,促进氨基酸的摄取,使星形胶质细胞增殖明显加快,有利于脑组织的修复.
A brain injury model was made using 90 Kunming mice, 45 of them were given Buyang Huanwu Decoction (10 ml·kg~(-1) twice daily), and the other 45 were fed conventionally as controls. Three days after surgery, brain tissue at the injured site was taken at 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks to perform γ-glutamyltransferase assay and pathological examination. Results: The activity of the enzyme was 31.2 ± 6.9 U for 3 weeks after surgery. The control group was 14.4 persons 1.3U, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01); the Chinese medicine group had less inflammatory reaction after surgery. There was a large number of proliferating astrocytes 2 weeks after operation, and 3 weeks after operation. That is, there are typical glial scar formation, respectively, 1 week earlier than the control group. Tip: Buyang Huanwu Decoction can increase the activity of γ-glutamyltransferase in brain tissue after injury, and promote the uptake of amino acids and astrocyte proliferation. Significantly accelerated, is conducive to the repair of brain tissue.
