目的:探讨超声产前诊断胎儿畸形的价值。方法:对5 737例孕18~40周的孕妇采用系统超声检查,对胎儿畸形进行筛查和诊断。结果:5 737例孕妇中,经引产或出生后证实的各种畸形199例,超声产前检出193例,漏诊6例,漏诊病例主要表现为较小畸形和缺陷。结论:系统超声检查是显示胎儿形态结构及产前诊断胎儿畸形的重要影像诊断方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of ultrasonic prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods: Fifty-seven (737) pregnant women aged 18-40 weeks underwent systematic ultrasound examination to screen and diagnose fetal malformations. Results: Among 5 737 pregnant women, 199 cases of various deformities confirmed by induced labor or after birth were diagnosed by ultrasound, 193 cases were diagnosed prenatally, 6 cases were misdiagnosed. The cases of misdiagnosis mainly showed minor deformities and defects. Conclusion: Systemic ultrasonography is an important imaging diagnostic method to show the morphology and structure of fetus and prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations.
