西部地区在通过引进高层次人才破解区域人才失衡的过程中,有哪些新探索?又品出了哪些“酸甜苦辣”?高层次人才是最稀缺的人才资源。对处于后发赶超阶段,盼望实现跨越发展的西部来说,对高层次人才更是“求贤若渴”。近年来,西部地区主动出击,力图破解区域人才失衡困局,特别是在吸引高层次人才方面做出了许多探索。柔性引才、打亲情牌引才、优惠政策引才......各种方式异彩纷呈。这其中,有突破,有欢喜,有苦恼,也有困惑。本刊采访部分西部省市,试图了解他们引才过程中的“酸甜苦辣”。
In the course of introducing imbalance of talent in the region through the introduction of high-level talent in the western region, what new exploration and products are out there?
