目的:研究枸杞和宁夏枸杞根皮的显微特征,以便准确鉴别地骨皮药材的基原。方法:采用光学显微镜对地骨皮药材横切面、粉末及解离组织进行观察。结果:两种地骨皮皮层均由分隔细胞组成;枸杞根皮皮层细胞常分成2~5个子细胞,宁夏枸杞根皮皮层细胞常分成2~8个子细胞。结论:根皮皮层分隔细胞为首次发现的显微鉴定特征,可用于两种来源地骨皮药材的鉴别。
OBJECTIVE: To study the microscopic characteristics of medlar and Ningxia medlar root bark in order to accurately identify the primitive primordium of Digitaria medicinal herbs. Methods: The optical microscope was used to observe the cross-section, powder and dissociation tissues of radix. Results: The two kinds of cadavers were composed of separated cells. The cells of goat root cortex were often divided into 2 to 5 daughter cells. The root cortical cells of Lycium barbarum were often divided into 2 to 8 daughter cells. CONCLUSION: Isolated root cortex cells are microscopic identification features found for the first time, and can be used for the identification of osteopathic medicinal materials from two sources.
