以知识城市为切入点,简要回顾其概念演进、发展历程,并根据我国知识城市的发展现状,构建包含技术创新能力、人力资源潜力、知识技术从业者、文化与交流及地缘区位的知识城市的评价体系。以该评价模型为衡量标准,利用因子分析法对我国省域间KC发展水平进行评价实证研究,分别根据综合得分和公因子载荷,利用层次聚类法对各省(市、区)分类分析,总结总体及局域的格局特征,并对机制进行分析,提出发展对策。
Taking knowledge city as a starting point, this paper briefly reviews the evolution of its concept and its development process.
