5种不同动物蛋白源饲料饲养异育银鲫鱼种60d后 ,测其摄食0、3、8、13、18和23h ,肠组织和肝胰脏蛋白酶、淀粉酶活性。结果表明 :银鲫在未摄食前肠蛋白酶活性很高 ,摄食后酶活性开始缓慢下降 ,然后上升 ,分别于8~13h达到最大值 ;肝胰脏蛋白酶活性均在摄食后立即下降 ,到18h降到最低 ,然后缓慢回升 ;淀粉酶活性变化平缓 ;肝胰脏蛋白酶与肠组织蛋白酶活性之间存在一种消长关系。5种不同动物蛋白源饲料对银鲫消化酶的影响没有明显差异 ,这也说明畜禽以及水产加工后的副产品和下脚料配伍使用代替秘鲁鱼粉养鱼的可行性
Five different kinds of animal protein sources were used to feed allogynogenetic crucian carp species for 60 days. The activities of protease and amylase in intestinal tissue and hepatopancreas were measured at 0, 3, 8, 13, 18 and 23 h after ingestion. The results showed that the activity of intestine protease was very high before feeding, and the enzyme activity began to decline slowly after feeding, then increased and reached the maximum at 8 ~ 13h respectively. The protease activity of hepatopancreas decreased immediately after ingestion and decreased to 18h To the lowest, and then slowly rose; amylase activity changes gently; there is a relationship between the activity of hepatopancreas protease and intestinal cathepsin. There was no significant difference in the effects of five different animal protein sources on the digestive enzymes of Carassius auratus gibelio, which also illustrated the feasibility of using fishmeal in place of Peruvian fishmeal in combination with the by-products and offcuts of livestock and aquatic products after processing
