【裁判要旨】承租人未按照约定的方法或者租赁物的性质使用租赁物,致使租赁物毁损的,应当赔偿出租人租赁物的损失。承租人因违约造成租赁物毁损,影响出租人将租赁物正常对外出租的,承租人应当赔偿出租人相应的租金损失,但出租人对因其自身原因导致扩大的租金损失应承担相应的不利益,即出租人的赔偿权利范围受到合同法第一百一十九条规定的减损规则的规制。
