目的总结老年血行播散型肺结核的临床特点,并探讨管理和治疗方法。方法对2001～2007年收治的130例老年血行播散型肺结核进行回顾性分析。结果130例老年血行播散型肺结核在疗程结束时痰菌阴转105例(占80.8%),病灶吸收、好转100例(占76.9%)。结论老年血行播散型肺结核具有病情重,并发症多,误诊率高等特点。坚持合理抗结核治疗,纠正各种并发症,采用DOTS管理方式,是取得良好效果的关键。
Objective To summarize the clinical features of elderly hematogenous disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis and to explore management and treatment methods. Methods A retrospective analysis of 130 cases of hereditary disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis admitted from 2001 to 2007 was conducted. Results 130 cases of hematogenous disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis at the end of treatment sputum negative conversion in 105 cases (80.8%), the lesion absorption, improvement in 100 cases (76.9%). Conclusion Senile hematogenous disseminated tuberculosis has the characteristics of severe illness, multiple complications and high misdiagnosis rate. Adhering to a rational anti-TB treatment, correcting various complications and adopting the DOTS management approach are the keys to good results.
