小儿异位寄生脑型血吸虫病较为罕见,其临床表现很不典型,极易误诊.我院近几年收治9例患儿,报告如下.1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 男8例,女1例.年龄:5岁1例,10岁1例,11岁2例.12岁5例.癫痫型3例,肿瘤型2例,急性脑炎型4例.9例患儿均经3次粪便沉淀孵化、血清环卵试验以及乙状结肠镜检查确诊.1.2 临床表现 发热:4例呈弛张热,1例呈间歇热,4例呈不规则热型:消化系统表现为食欲不振5例,恶心呕吐7例,腹胀、腹痛3例,大便次数增多3例,带少许粘液1例.癫痫型2例,连续5年来每年4～6次阵发性全身性抽搐伴意识丧失;肿瘤型表现为头痛、呕吐、视力模糊、肌张力低、锥体束受损,视神经乳头水肿的颅内压增高症状和局部定位症状;急性脑炎型表现有高热、谵语、头痛、呕吐、抽搐、肌瘫、精神症状、嗜睡、昏迷、脑膜刺激征、锥体束征等症状.

Hatch, serum egg ring test and sigmoidoscopy confirmed diagnosis .1.2 Clinical manifestations of fever: 4 cases of remittent fever, 1 case was intermittent fever, 4 cases showed irregular heat: the digestive system showed loss of appetite in 5 cases, nausea and vomiting 7 Cases of abdominal distension, abdominal pain in 3 cases, stool frequency increased in 3 cases, with a little mucus in 1. Epilepsy in 2 cases, 5 consecutive years 4 to 6 times a year paroxysmal generalized convulsions with loss of consciousness; tumor type manifested as headache, vomiting , Blurred vision, low muscle tension, pyramidal tract damage, increased intracranial pressure and optic nerve head papillary edema symptoms; acute encephalitis type of hyperactivity, brains, headache, vomiting, convulsions, muscle paralysis, mental symptoms, Lethargy, coma, meningeal irritation, pyramidal tract signs and other symptoms.
