2004年4月,唐山市丰润区被确定为教育部“以校为本教研制度建设项目研究基地”。丰润区是唐山市的一个大区,农村基础薄弱,而校本教研是以学校为本、以教师个体为本的教研,怎样才能真正开展以教师为本的校本教研活动?在“专业引领的形式与渠道的拓展”、“网络为平台的校本教研”等问题的研究上取得了可喜成绩之后,丰润区教育局开始尝试网络教研引领农村教师专业成长的新途径,通过网络来解决“专业引领人员受人力因素制约,不可能经常性的深入到每一所农村学校”的问题,通过网络在线研讨的方式,及时帮助、引领农村教师解决在教育教学中遇到的实际问题。对广大农村教师顺利适应和融入新课改提供了有价值的参考。
