系统地分析了金属材料组织预测模型的固有缺陷,并提出了合理、可行的解决办法。由于预测模型存在再结晶晶粒尺寸大于初始晶粒尺寸的问题,提出了将再结晶晶粒尺寸小于初始晶粒尺寸作为再结晶发生的附加判据;由于分段函数型晶粒长大模型存在晶粒长大不连续的问题,当晶粒长大过程包含分段点时,采用分段点的长大函数;由于平均晶粒尺寸模型存在平均晶粒尺寸小于再结晶晶粒尺寸的问题,给出了不完全再结晶时平均晶粒尺寸模型的适用条件和构造原则。示例结果表明,这些办法是有效的、合理的。这些工作对保证仿真计算的准确性、合理性很有价值,也能为组织预测模型的设计提供参考。
This paper systematically analyzes the inherent defects of the prediction model of metal material organization and puts forward a reasonable and feasible solution. Since the prediction model has the problem that recrystallized grain size is larger than initial grain size, an additional criterion is proposed that recrystallization grain size is smaller than initial grain size as recrystallization. Due to the existence of piecewise functional grain growth model When the grain growth process includes subdivision points, the growing function of subdivision points is adopted. Since the average grain size has the problem that the average grain size is smaller than the recrystallized grain size, The applicable conditions and construction principles of the average grain size model for incomplete recrystallization are given. The example results show that these approaches are effective and reasonable. These works are very valuable to ensure the accuracy and rationality of the simulation calculation and also provide references for the design of the organization prediction model.
