采用包覆热轧法制备了U-Mo/Nb固相复合扩散偶。分别在760和790℃下对U-Mo/Nb固相复合扩散偶进行了不同时间的扩散热处理。用能谱法(EDS)测定了扩散偶中主要元素在一维扩散方向上的分布;根据实验初边界条件建立了U-Mo/Nb的半无限长扩散偶模型,并用误差函数法获得了扩散方程的解析式。通过实验数据计算得到UMo合金中U元素在Nb基体中的扩散系数。结合实验方法分析认为计算结果基本合理。
U-Mo / Nb solid phase composite diffusion couple was prepared by clad-rolling method. Diffusion heat treatment of U-Mo / Nb solid phase composite couple at 760 and 790 ℃ were carried out for different time. The distribution of the main elements in the diffusion couple in the one-dimensional diffusion direction was measured by EDS. According to the experimental initial boundary conditions, the semi-infinite diffusion model of U-Mo / Nb was established and the diffusion function was obtained by the error function method The equation of the equation. The diffusion coefficient of U element in Nb matrix was calculated by experimental data. Combined with experimental analysis, the calculation results are reasonable.
