将构成变电站的设施分为室外高压电气设备、室内设备和房屋建筑3类,根据这3类设施各自的易损性、损失比和资产量,分别进行经济损失评估,以此得出变电站地震经济损失值.对于4种不同电压等级变电站,建立了具有各类设施资产信息、仅有总资产信息、无任何资产信息3种不同详实程度数据下,变电站基于设施地震易损性的经济损失快速评估方法.使用本评估方法对四川省国家电网93座变电站进行了汶川地震经济损失评估试算并与实际地震损失统计值进行了对比.结果表明,本评估方法的结果较为合理可信,评估方法可操作性强.
