以某医用办公楼集中空调冷却水系统为研究对象,介绍了其集中空调系统及智能控制系统、实验的测试条件及控制策略。在冷负荷和室外环境温度变化不大的情况下,对冷却水系统的冷却水泵和冷却塔风机联合变频控制进行了实验研究。分析了调节过程中的设备间耦合性、调节惰性和稳定性等;并对比分析了不同控制策略下的综合节能率,验证了对冷却水泵和冷却塔风机联合变频控制策略的优势,为空调冷却水系统优化控制提供了参考。
Taking a central office air conditioning cooling water system as the research object, this paper introduces its central air conditioning system and intelligent control system, experimental test conditions and control strategies. Under the condition of little change of cooling load and outdoor environment temperature, experiments were carried out on the joint frequency conversion control of cooling water pump and cooling tower fan of cooling water system. The coupling efficiency, inertness and stability of the equipment were analyzed. The comprehensive energy saving rate under different control strategies was compared and analyzed. The advantages of combined frequency conversion control strategy of cooling water pump and cooling tower fan were verified. Water System Optimization Control provides a reference.
