北京应加强技术创新体系建设,整合北京科技优势资源,突破核心关键技术瓶颈目前国内节能环保装备产业主要集中在东部沿海、沿长江以及中部经济较发达的地区,相比之下,北京市的节能环保装备产业在规模和产业集聚等方面还略有差距。总体来看北京节能环保装备产业还处于形成初期,规模较小,企业体量普遍偏小,大多集中在中关村海淀园、昌平园、丰台园、金桥科技产业基地和八达岭新能源产业基地等区域,但发展迅速。2009年,北京市节能环保装备企业销售收入突破150亿元,占北京市装备工业总收入的7.84%。
