在简介点啮合圆柱形廓面包络蜗杆分度凸轮机构装置特点的基础上，建立此类分度装置结构设计参数化ＣＡＤ系统，论述了软件系统的组成结构及特点；给出了分度凸轮和分度盘轮齿廓面数控加工的技术方案，并付诸实施，为原型机的研制奠定了基础。
Based on the introduction of the characteristics of the device of point-engagement cylindrical profile enveloping worm indexing cam mechanism, the parameterized CAD system of such an indexing device structure design is established. The composition and characteristics of the software system are discussed. And sub-dial tooth profile CNC machining technology program, and put into practice, laid the foundation for the prototype development.
