学前教育是国民教育体系的基础,是学校教育的起点,对于儿童身心健康、习惯养成、智力发展有着重要的作用。新中国成立以来特别是改革开放以来,我国学前教育事业取得了长足的发展,也经历了曲折的发展过程。60多年来学前教育的发展,是中国教育事业发展的缩影。在这一历史进程中不断深化对学前教育发展规律的认识,得出了十分重要的结论:学前教育是国民教育体系的基础性事业;政府在发展学前教育中要发挥主导作用;办好学前教育的关键在教师;实施学前教育的前提是尊重幼儿身心发展规律;学前教育的生机活力在深化改革;发展学前教育需要全社会共同努力。
Pre-school education is the foundation of the national education system and the starting point of school education. It plays an important role in children’s physical and mental health, habits and intellectual development. Since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, the pre-school education in our country has made great strides and also experienced a tortuous course of development. The development of preschool education over the past 60 years is a microcosm of the development of education in China. In this historical process, we deepen our understanding of the laws governing the development of pre-primary education and come to the very important conclusion: pre-school education is the basic cause of the national education system; the government should play a leading role in the development of pre-school education; The key lies in the teachers; the prerequisite for the implementation of pre-school education is to respect the law of physical and mental development of preschool children; the vitality of pre-school education is to deepen the reform; and the development of preschool education requires the joint efforts of the whole society.
