1996年6月22日至24日,全国人大常委会法工委和国务院法制局在北京联合召开了贯彻实施《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》(以下简称《行政处罚法》)工作会议。参加这次会议的有全国30个省、自治区、直辖市人大常委会法工委及政府法制机构的负责同志。全国人大常委会法工委主任顾昂然和国务院副秘书长兼国务院法制局局长杨景宇同志参加会议并作了重要讲话。会议期间,全国人大常委会副委员长王汉斌同志、国务委员兼国务院秘书长罗干同志亲切接见了
From June 22 to June 24, 1996, the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee and the Legislative Affairs Bureau of the State Council jointly held a working conference on the implementation of the “Administrative Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrative Punishment Law”) in Beijing.
