俗话说“青年兴则国家兴,青年强则国家强”。青年的综合素质决定着国家的未来和企业今后的发展。在当前企业竞相发展的时局中,人才已经成为一种重要的战略资源,人才资源是企业的第一资源。人才在企业的发展中,起着基础性、战略性和决定性的作用。谁拥有了人才,谁就能在激烈的竞争中处于主动地位。作为企业共青团组织,其核心任务就是培养和造就人才,更好地服务于企业发展,提升企业核心竞争力。
