虽然日企所需要的人才迅速地增加着,但高职商务日语专业毕业生能够顺利地在日企就职的并不多。如何将高职商务日语专业的学生培养成有竞争力、有高素养的人才是目前高职商务日语专业所面临的严峻课题。为了解决这一难题,最主要的是要重视商务礼仪课程,通过对日本礼仪文化及职场规则学习,能够帮助学生提高自身修养,在就职活动中及职场生活中占有优势。
