采用高纯锌箔钎料对ZK60镁合金进行真空钎焊试验,并利用DMI-5000M扫描电镜研究了钎焊工艺参数对钎缝成形的影响,同时采用Durascan-700全自动硬度仪对接头的显微硬度进行了测试,采用XRD分析仪对钎缝组织做出了成分分析。结果表明:当钎焊温度445℃、保温时间45 s时,钎缝组织性能较好、硬度最高,微观组织无气孔,裂痕,树枝晶大小均匀,晶粒细小。钎缝冶金产物为α-Mg基体和α-Mg+γ-Mg Zn共晶组织。
ZK60 magnesium alloy was vacuum brazed with high purity zinc foil solder. The influence of brazing parameters on the braze forming was studied by DMI-5000M scanning electron microscope. At the same time, Durascan-700 automatic hardness tester The microhardness was tested and the composition of the brazing seam was analyzed by XRD analyzer.
