进入21世纪,随着我国社会主义市场经济新体制的完善和市场供求格局的变化,以及我国加入世界贸易组织,企业面临着的市场竞争将会更为激烈。在新的历史条件下,强化企业人的管理,有着更为特殊、更为现实的意义,它已成为企业在市场竞争中能否取胜的一个关键因素和条件。认真借鉴国外对企业人的管理的一些成功做法和经验,对搞好我国企业的改革和持续发展,是非常有益和重要的。
In the 21st century, with the improvement of China's new socialist market economy system and changes in the market supply and demand pattern, as well as China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the competition in the market faced by enterprises will become more fierce. Under the new historical conditions, it is of more special and more realistic significance to strengthen the management of enterprises and it has become a key factor and condition for enterprises to win in the market competition.
