为了探讨无芒雀麦种子和幼苗的耐盐碱能力,在无芒雀麦种子萌发过程中,用浓度为0、20、40、60、80、100、120mmol.L-1的NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3混合液进行胁迫,研究了胁迫对3个无芒雀麦品种的种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度的混合胁迫处理促进无芒雀麦mancher的萌发和幼苗生长,其它2个品种均表现为抑制作用。当混合盐碱胁迫浓度小于60mmol.L-1时3个无芒雀麦品种的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗生长差异不明显(P>0.05);当浓度高于60mmol.L-1后各个指标都急剧下降,且与对照差异极显著(P<0.01)。混合盐碱浓度大于20mmol.L-1时抑制无芒雀麦幼苗的生长,对根的抑制作用强于对苗的抑制作用。
In order to investigate the salt-tolerance ability of Bromus inermis seedlings and seedlings, during the germination process of Brome of Bromus inermis, NaCl, Na2SO4, Na2SO4 at 0,20,40,60,80,100,120mmol.L- NaHCO 3 and Na2CO3 mixture to study the effects of stress on the seed germination and seedling growth of three species of Bromus inermis. When the concentration was higher than 60mmol.L-1 After each index dropped sharply, and the difference was significant (P <0.01). Mixed saline concentration greater than 20mmol.L-1 inhibited the growth of A. brunnea seedlings, the inhibition of root stronger than the inhibition of seedlings.
