针对大尺度空间粉尘控制,提出采用双侧吹吸气流来控制类似卸料机的大尺度阵发性尘源。通过相似理论建立卸料机模型实验台,进行实验研究,分析影响卸料机粉尘捕集效率的各种因素,并进行正交试验研究,得到了捕集效率及极限流量比的多元回归关联式。利用烟雾发生器模拟卸料机工作时产生的污染气流,并在特定工况下对经验公式进行了验证。分两种情况考虑了经济流量的问题,分别得到了卸料机用双侧吹吸式通风装置的经济设计计算公式。
In order to control the large-scale space dust, a double-side suction airflow is proposed to control the large-scale paroxysmal dust source of similar unloader. Based on the similar theory, the unloading machine model experimental bench was set up, and the experimental research was carried out to analyze various factors that affect the efficiency of the unloading dust catching efficiency. Orthogonal experiments were carried out to obtain the multiple regression correlation between the collection efficiency and the limit flow ratio . The smog generator is used to simulate the polluted air flow generated by the unloader, and the empirical formula is validated under certain operating conditions. In two cases, the problem of economic flow was considered, and the economic design formulas of two-side blowing suction ventilation device for the discharge machine were respectively obtained.
