目的 评价后程加速超分割放射治疗食管癌疗效。方法 对 6个后程加速超分割放射治疗食管癌临床试验进行Meta分析。结果 采用固定效应模型计算 ,后超组 1、3年生存率分别是常规组的 2 .39(1.5 8～ 3.6 2 )、3 .0 5 (1.96～ 4.74)倍 ;采用随机效应模型计算 ,后超组 1、3年生存率分别是常规组的 2 .43(1.5 4～ 3.82 )、2 .99(2 .0 8～ 4.30 )倍。结论 后程加速超分割放射治疗食管癌优于常规分割放射治疗 ,值得在临床上推广应用
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of late course accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy for esophageal cancer. Methods Meta-analysis of 6 clinical trials of late-course accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy for esophageal cancer was performed. Results Using the fixed-effects model, the postoperative 1-year and 3-year survival rates were 2.39 (1.5 8 to 3.6 2) and 3.05 (1.96 to 4.74) times that of the conventional group, respectively; they were calculated using the random effects model. The 1-year and 3-year survival rates of the supergroup were 2.43 (1.54 to 3.82) and 2.99 (20.8 to 4.30) times that of the conventional group. Conclusion Late course accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy for esophageal cancer is superior to conventional segmented radiotherapy and is worthy of clinical application.
